Instructions:
1. Pick some solid cardstock and patterned papers that go together. Take a piece of solid color cardstock and trim a piece to 6" x 6 1/2".
2. Trim 2 more pieces from that same color into 6" squares.
3. Trim 4 pieces of the patterned paper to about 5 3/4" square in size.
4. Die cut or create 8 tags from white cardstock that are about 2 1/2" x 5" in size.
5. Trim 8 pieces of ribbon for the tags that are about 5-6" long.
6. Stamp one side of each tag with a different Pixie image from the Pixie Magic sheet using black ink. Set aside to dry.
7. Take the single piece of 6" x 6 1/2" cardstock and create a fold line in the center using a ruler and bone folder or Scor-It.
8. Make a mark every 5/8" from the center fold. You should have 4 to the right and 4 to the left of the center score line.
9. Accordion fold at those marks so that you'll have a "valley" score in the middle and corresponding "mountain" and "valley" scores along the paper.
10. Adhere one of the 6" x 6" solid cardstock panels to the end of the pleat so that the pleat is lined up with the left edge of the panel. You've just made the back cover. Repeat at the other end of the pleat to make the front cover.
11. Adhere each patterned paper panel to the inside of the covers and outside to give a more finished look.
12. Ink each edge if desired.
13. Add a patterned paper tag with letter stickers and rub-ons to the outside of the front cover.
14. Add the rhinestone circle stickers if desired.
15. Add rub-ons to the inside of the front and back covers if desired.
16. Using watercolor pencils or any other coloring medium, tint the stamped tags with color.
17. Stipple colored inks around the stamped images and onto the bag of the tag.
18. Cover the back of the tag with patterned paper if desired.
19. Attach eyelets to the top of each tag and thread with ribbon.
20. Adhere 4 tags to the inside of the accordion fold in the upper portion of the book so that the images are facing left. See the picture above for orientation.
21. Adhere the remaining 4 tags to the other side of the fold in the lower portion of the book so that the images face right.
22. Close the book and secure with ribbon if desired. Enjoy!
