Instructions:
1. Stamp Daisy onto a section of the transparency using Jet Black StazOn.
2. Stamp butterflies onto a different section of the transparency using Blush Pink StazOn.
3. Stamp greeting onto the label holder using Jet Black StazOn.
4. Set all the stamped images aside to dry.
5. Trim a piece of the patterned paper to fit the front of your gift bag, leaving about 1/4" gap all around. Do not attach the paper to the gift bag at this time.
6. Trim a piece of one color of the cardstock to fit about 1/3 of the width of the patterned paper, keeping the length the same.
7. Adhere the cardstock over the patterned paper keeping the right edge aligned.
8. Trim a piece of ribbon to the length of the seam of the overlapping paper and sew into place. I used a sewing machine with a zigzag stitch.
9. Trim the Daisy image into a square from the large transparency sheet, leaving about 1/4" all around.
10. Trim the butterfly images from the transparency sheet also, cutting around the image closely.
11. Trim a piece of cardstock from the 2nd color, about 1/4-1/2" larger than the trimmed Daisy image.
12. Attach Daisy to the cardstock mat, stamped side DOWN, by sewing around the edges. I again used a sewing machine and zigzag stitch.
13. Adhere the matted image to the lower right corner of the patterned paper/cardstock combination.
14. Attach the label holder at a slant to the upper left corner of Daisy's mat using mini brads.
15. Attach 2 stamped butterflies in the upper right corner of the patterned paper/cardstock piece using mini brads.
16. Attach a stamped butterfly to the upper right corner and lower left corner of Daisy's mat using mini brads.
17. Adhere the patterned paper/cardstock piece to the front of the gift bag.
18. Adhere large flowers in the upper left corner of the bag and small flowers in the lower right corner of the bag.
19. Adhere mini butterfly punchies to the label holder.
20. Adhere rhinestones to the flower centers and anywhere else you would like to add some sparkle!
21. Add doodling to create the butterfly trails and label holder detail using the white pen.
22. Color Daisy with the Glaze pens using the colors of your choice. Done!
I hope you enjoy this project and can find someone special to make this gift bag for soon! Thanks for joining me this month.
